Tyra is an award-winning inclusion and talent executive with more than two decades of experience across financial services, leadership strategy, and high-impact convenings. She most recently served as Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity at TD Securities and founded Lintel Advisory LLC to build stronger systems for access, belonging, and sustainable impact.
Floritza is a culinary wellness specialist, experiential event curator, and Afro-Latina changemaker whose work spans food justice, community-driven experiences, and personalized wellness. As Founder and CEO of Floritza's Flavor LLC, she brings creativity, culture, and intention to every space she builds.
