Rain or Shine
The Reclamation Retreat is a rain or shine event. We are committed to delivering the full experience regardless of weather conditions on Martha's Vineyard. Please plan your travel accordingly.
Refund Schedule
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to thereclamationcollective@gmail.com. The 48-hour grace period begins at the time of purchase. All other refund requests are processed within 10 business days of approval.

Can't Make It? Transfer Your Seat.
Your registration may be transferred to another attendee at no charge up to 14 days before the event. To initiate a transfer, contact us at thereclamationcollective@gmail.com with the full name and contact information of the incoming attendee.
Transfers are not permitted within 14 days of the event date.
Force Majeure
The Reclamation Retreat is committed to delivering this experience. In the extraordinary event that it must be cancelled or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the following terms apply.
In the unlikely event that The Reclamation Retreat must be cancelled or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of government, public health emergencies, natural disasters, or venue closure not caused by the organizers — registered attendees will receive a full credit toward a future Reclamation event.
Credits are non-transferable and valid for two years from the date of issuance. Cash refunds will not be issued under force majeure circumstances.
Lintel Advisory LLC and Floritza's Flavor LLC reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the event program, speakers, and schedule without triggering refund eligibility. Material changes to the event date or location will be communicated as early as possible.

The Reclamation Retreat is co-produced by Lintel Advisory LLC and Floritza's Flavor LLC. All registration agreements, refund policies, and event terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
By registering for The Reclamation Retreat, attendees acknowledge and accept all policies stated on this page. These policies are subject to change; registered attendees will be notified of any material amendments via the email address provided at registration.
The Reclamation Retreat, Lintel Advisory LLC, and Floritza's Flavor LLC are not responsible for personal expenses including but not limited to travel, lodging, or meals incurred in connection with attendance. Attendees are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
